2. Canceling Your Order

Changed your mind before shipping? No problem.
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn’t been dispatched.

  • If the order hasn't left our facility, we’ll cancel and refund it immediately.

  • If it’s already on its way, you can still return it after delivery.

3. How to Return or Exchange

You may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receiving them — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • All original labels and tags must still be attached

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging if possible

  • Trying on is okay — wearing it out isn’t

We’ll reply with a return label and detailed instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
We’ll then process your refund within 14 business days via your original payment method.

To speed things up, please use a tracked shipping service and send us the tracking number once you've shipped your return.

5. Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?

Although rare, mistakes can happen — and we’ll fix them fast.

  • A short description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the product (and defect, if any)

  • Your order number

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement or offer an alternative solution — at no extra cost.
